Thanks! Let me know if you ever need any help. I made this a long time ago so it is hard to remember just what I did.
The hair is a brush, I got it from someones stock here on DA. You use it like a stamp on the image.
Brushes can be made yourself or you can download them from the web, DA has a really good selection. I am sorry that I don't remember very well! I have not used brushes in a long time, but I remember it was pretty easy once you download them.
You can also make your own but I don't know how.
Right now I mainly use textures. Textures are just when you layer different pictures over each other to make a texture.
